About Lan Solo

Lan Solo L.L.C. is a small, independently run shop based in Palatine, Illinois. It is owned and operated by Dan Poull, an IT manager who has spent his career in server rooms, on help desk tickets and, lately, working alongside AI tools every day. The jokes on these shirts come from that work.

What we sell

Original designs about technology, AI and the people who keep it running, printed on t-shirts, mouse pads, stickers, mugs, laptop sleeves and phone cases. Every design is our own artwork. We also carry a small selection of computer accessories.

How your order is made

We print on demand. When you place an order it goes to our print partner, who prints your item and ships it directly to you, usually from the facility closest to your address. Nothing sits in a warehouse and nothing is mass-produced in advance. That lets us offer a wide catalog without waste, and it also means each order takes a few days to produce before it ships. Production and delivery times are listed on our Shipping Policy page.

If something goes wrong

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or is not what you ordered, we will replace it or refund you in full. Email support@lansolo.shop with your order number and a photo, and you will hear back within 72 hours. Full details are on our Returns, Replacements & Refunds page.
