Return and Exchange Policy

Overview
Lan Solo accepts exchanges only. We do not issue refunds or store credit. Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery and meet the eligibility rules below.

Eligibility for Exchange

• Timeframe: Exchange request submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition: Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and original packaging intact.
• Proof of purchase: Order number or packing slip required.
• Excluded items: Sale items, clearance, final‑sale items, and any made‑to‑order or personalized merchandise are not eligible for exchange.
• Hygiene items: Items that require sanitary seals (if applicable) must be unopened to qualify.

How to Request an Exchange

1. Email support@lansolo.shop with your order number, item name, size, and reason for exchange.
2. We will respond within 72 hours with an approval or denial and provide an exchange authorization (EA) number if approved.
3. Pack the item securely, include the EA number on the packing slip, and ship using a traceable carrier to the address we provide.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will ship the replacement item to you.

Shipping, Fees, and Cost Responsibility

• Customer pays return shipping unless the exchange is due to our error or a defective/damaged item.
• Inbound inspection: If the returned item fails inspection (used, damaged, or missing tags), we will notify you and either return the item to you at your expense or deny the exchange.
• Price differences: If the replacement item has a higher price, you will be invoiced for the difference before shipment. If the replacement is lower in price, no refund or credit will be issued.

Processing Time

• Authorization response: Within 72 hours of request.
• Inspection and fulfillment: We inspect returns within 3–5 business days of receipt and ship approved replacements within 2–5 business days after inspection.
• Total timeline: Expect 7–14 business days from your initial request to receive the exchanged item, depending on shipping speed.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

• Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.
• For verified defects or our errors we will cover return shipping and ship the correct or replacement item at no charge.

Final Sale and Special Orders

• Items marked Final Sale or Made to Order / Personalized are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders may only be canceled before they enter fulfillment. Email support@lansolo.shop immediately to request cancellation. Once an order ships, cancellation is not available; follow the exchange process if eligible.
