Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Lan Solo L.L.C. website and services (the “Site”) or placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Lan Solo L.L.C. may modify these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms on the Site; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.

• Order Acceptance All Orders are subject to acceptance, credit approval, and availability. We may refuse or cancel any Order at our discretion, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or supplier issues. If we cancel after charging you we will refund the charged amount.
• Taxes and Duties You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and customs fees unless otherwise stated. We may collect sales tax where required by law.

Shipping, Exchanges, Cancellations, and Risk of Loss
• Shipping Estimates Shipping methods, costs, and delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are estimates only. We are not liable for carrier delays, carrier loss, or delivery exceptions.
• Risk of Loss Title and risk of loss for Products transfer to you when we deliver Products to the carrier for shipment.
• Exchanges Only We only permit exchanges in accordance with our published Exchange Policy. We do not provide refunds or store credit except where required by law. Exchange eligibility, timelines, and customer responsibilities are posted on the Site.
• Return Shipping and Inspection Unless the exchange is due to our error or a defective Product we require you to pay return shipping. Returned items are subject to inspection; if an item fails inspection we may refuse the exchange and either return the item at your expense or dispose of it.
• Cancellations Orders can only be canceled before fulfillment. Contact support immediately; we are not liable if the Order has already shipped.

• Exclusive Remedy The remedies set forth in these Terms are your sole and exclusive remedies and our entire liability for breaches of these Terms.

Indemnification

• Injunctive Relief You acknowledge that breach of Lan Solo’s intellectual property or confidentiality rights may cause irreparable harm; Lan Solo may seek injunctive or equitable relief in addition to other remedies.
• Attorneys’ Fees If Lan Solo enforces these Terms by initiating a legal action and prevails, you agree to reimburse Lan Solo for reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.

Force Majeure
Lan Solo will not be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, pandemic, governmental actions, supplier failures, or carrier delays.

Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access for any reason, including breach of these Terms or suspected fraudulent or abusive activity. Termination does not relieve you of obligations accrued prior to termination, including payment and indemnity obligations.
