Overview

Lan Solo ships domestic and international orders using third‑party carriers. Shipping estimates shown at checkout are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. By placing an order you accept the terms below.

Order Processing and Fulfillment

• Processing time: Orders typically process within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Processing begins only after payment clears.
• Fulfillment vs. shipment: “Processing” does not include carrier transit time. Once an order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking information if available.
• Order changes and cancellations: Requests to cancel or change an order must be received before the order enters fulfillment. We are not responsible if a change or cancellation cannot be completed because fulfillment has already started.

Shipping Estimates and Delivery

• Estimates only: Delivery dates provided by carriers or at checkout are estimates only and not guarantees. Lan Solo is not liable for carrier delays, customs holds, weather, strikes, pandemics, acts of God, or other events beyond our control.
• Transit exceptions: Carrier transit exceptions (delays, misrouting, or delivery attempts) are the carrier’s responsibility. We will assist with claims but cannot guarantee outcomes.
• Partial shipments: Orders may ship in multiple packages; each package’s transit time may vary.

Risk of Loss; Title Transfer

• Risk transfers on shipment: Title and risk of loss for Products transfer to you when we deliver the Products to the carrier for shipment. After handoff, we are not responsible for loss or damage in transit except as set forth below.
• Inspection on receipt: You must inspect shipments on delivery and report damaged or missing items within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping Costs and Customs

• Shipping charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing and shipping errors.
• International duties and taxes: For international orders you are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs fees, and any broker fees unless we explicitly state otherwise. These charges are determined by the destination country and are your responsibility.
• Customs delays: Lan Solo is not responsible for delays, seizures, or returns by customs authorities.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Shipments

• Reporting timeframe: Report lost, damaged, or missing shipments to support@lansolo.shop within 7 days of the carrier’s estimated delivery date. Late reports may limit our ability to assist.
• Damage claims: Keep all packaging and damaged goods for carrier inspection and claim processing. If requested, you must provide photos and documentation.
• Carrier claims: We will open carrier claims on your behalf when feasible. Remedies for lost or damaged shipments depend on carrier insurance, declared value, and the carrier’s terms.

Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues

• Accurate address: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for shipments delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
• Returned shipments: If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed package, you are responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order. If you do not pay reshipment fees within 14 days, the order may be canceled and treated per our Exchange Policy.
• Signature requirement: For high‑value or large shipments, a signature may be required at delivery.

Restricted Items and International Shipping Limits

• Restrictions: Some Products cannot be shipped to certain countries or regions due to legal, carrier, or supplier restrictions. If an item cannot be shipped to your address we will notify you and cancel or modify the order.
• Export controls: You agree not to export Products in violation of applicable export control laws and regulations.

Optional Shipping Insurance

• Insurance option: We may offer optional carrier insurance at checkout for lost or damaged shipments. If you decline insurance, you accept the risk of loss during transit. Insurance claims and recoveries are subject to the carrier’s terms.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in shipping performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, acts of government, pandemics, supply chain interruptions, supplier or carrier failures, or other force majeure events.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lan Solo’s liability for shipping‑related loss, damage, or delay is limited to the purchase price of the affected Product(s). Lan Solo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits.
